My sister is going to the USA (in New Kensington I think, Maryland). Will the above phone work over there? It's a triband (900, 1800, 1900) phone..

It should, T-mobile would probally be her best bet for a provider, because they are a 1900mhz network. The other GSM provider, Cingular, uses 850mhz as well, so they might have more problems.
