cell phone question (cingular) ?

I currently have a nokia 3395 cell phone from cingular, it has for all intents and purposes stopped working, so I am looking in to getting a new phone. I am looking at some of the cingular phones on ebay, and was wondering if someone could explain which phones I could buy of ebay and put my sim card in and have it work as my phone without cingular ever knowing anything changed.

one phone I was looking at was this moto V70, and was wondering if this phone accepts a sim card, and if it did could I purchase it and put my sim card it and have it work as my phone

as long as the phone isnt sim locked then you will be able to use your sim in it....otherwise just get a sim unlocker and you will be fine

do all phones now a day use sim cards, what I mean is any phone I get would use a SIM card

most newer phones do i think, i just got a new one about a week ago and it has a SIM card. it's a nokia 6340i btw.
