Which cell phone provider rules them all? Im looking more for quality and customer service. I looked for wireless provider reviews on the web and couldnt find any. I'm located in Illinois and I have sprint, voicestream, nokia, verizon,cingular...thats it I think. Ive had sprint for awhile and they seem to suck it pretty bad. Maybe its just my phone....anyways any recommendations would be welcome-thanks

I'm in San Diego and had Cingular but their signal strength and coverage was poor for me.

I have Verizon and am getting much better signal strength and coverage.

Good Luck!

Voicestream, have never had a problem with them in 4 years, i havent had many calls dropped, maybe 1 in a few hundred, i cant even remember my last dropped call. CS is great, if i had any problems, they fixed it right away. I'm in the houston market...

The answer will depend upon your exact location and usage patterns. I don't know about Illinois (maybe be more specific for others?), but for me Sprint REEKED (both technically and service-wise) and *Verizon* has been decent. Voicestream was HORRIBLE. I live in Manoa Valley (Honolulu).

I live in the LA County area and I have Cingular wireless and I must say their service is bad. So many people around here are using Cingular its hard to get service, you have to dial out at least 3 or 4 times before you can get your call through because you get a "System Busy" message. A lot of people I know have switched from Cingular to AT&T or Verizon, everyone I know with Verizon say that it's very good, some of my friends say AT&T is very good and others say its so-so.
