cell phone forum?

I own a samsung a460 and want to get access to the "system panel" inside the phone OS. Basically, I want to check to see if my ESN matches what is under the battery (long story with sprintpcs customer rep today)

Know the key combination to push to get into the phone, or, a forum that would discuss matters like this?

I found codes to get into everything except the part I need... the service menu.

It tells me to input ##096295 to get into the service menu but that doesnt work. I need to get the ESN from the service menu.

Have you considered looking at the labels on your phone? ESNs are usually listed on the labels under the battery of most phones. If not, have you considered doing something simple, like, oh I dunno... calling the company that MADE your phone and ASKING THEM?

what did you press after entering that? #? ok? ...... the code sounds right, the question is what key you press to execute it.
