Cell phone expert please come in

Inspired by this thread, i've been on the lookout for a mp3 phone recently. And today I just got an offer for a 18 months old Sony K750i. The owner has flashed the firmware to W800i so supposely it will have the sony walkman software. The phone from what I can see, is in pretty good condition. But I've never use the phone before so I have the following questions...

1. Can anyone speak from experience how the sound quality compares to ipod? To be honest I don't like ipod sound...even given it a good headphone it still doesn't match the sound coming out of my laptop.

2. How is the phone in general? I know it was the best sony phone 2 or 3 years ago but really how good is it compared to more recent models?

3. Would you consider $120 shipped a fair price? There isn't much of accessories included though.

It's triband, and I don't get that great of reception (could be T-Mobile though, not sure). The camera, however, is awesome, and the phone has all the features you could possibly want, and then some. The battery lasts me about 4 days per full charge. Obviously this depends on how much you talk.

Comment on the mp3 feature...is the sound any good? And anyone with W800i please comment. How do you like the software?

I almost never use the mp3 feature. One of the accessories included with the phone is a headphone that does plug into the phone, but it looks kinda cheap, and probably doesn't sound all too good. If you want to plug your own better headphones in, you'll need a special adapter, which I never felt the need to buy.

Good. But nobody can comment on the sound quality? I know ipod is not much of a benchmark but how does the sound coming out of k750i compares?

It sounds good to me, I use it to work out everyday. I also use it in my car with a tape adapter.
