Cell Phone Decision

I am wanting to get a new cell phone. My current one is about 2 and a half years old and its time to renew my contract. I have chose two phones but im not sure which to choose from. One i dont think is out yet, which is the one i am leaning toward. But I am in desperate need of a new phone. I plan on text messaging and want a good camera phone, and expandable memory would be nice.

Which 1?
