Cell Phone Coverage: Cingular vs. T-Mobile (WA State - Seattle/Suburbs)

Yes I've been to HowardForums (lots of information, but spotty server and slow as bawls...). It seems like that T-mobile has excellent comments for coverage in the Seattle and suburbs (Issaquah, Redmond, Bellevue) areas. I was wondering if anyone had input on Cingular and more input on T-mobile would also be appreciated. The most important areas would be eastside suburbs and University Distrcit as I will be going there in the fall.

Also, I'd appreciate advice on phones.
