If I cancel my service with cingucrap, do I get to keep the phone (Nokia 3390)?

They'll let you keep anything you want...of course they might bill you for that stuff too. Depends on the contract you signed...did you ever read it?

There is a 95% chance that you get to keep the cell phone strings free, but read the fine print in your contract ... if you're still not sure or don't know where the contract is, call customer service and ask them. If they say YES you can keep the cell phone for free make sure to notate the number you called, who you spoke with, their extension, the date and time.

They will probably let you keep the phone since you will be paying a high cancellation fee anyway. What is the going cancellation fee for cingular anyway? $175?
