cell phone batteries question..

Are they like rechargable batteries where you have to drain them all the way before recharging them? And will it affect the life of it if I plug it in then unplug it to talk (so I can walk around the room) then 15 mins later plug it back in?

no you dont have to let them go all the way dead..however each battery has a maximum for full charges and partial charges....usually the full charge max is about half the partial charge max....but remember ever time you pull that thing off the charger it counts as a partial charge
