Whenever my cell phone rings and it's near my monitor, the image shakes vertically. Lately I've noticed that the bottom 1/3rd of my monitor has gotten fairly blurry. It's an Iiyama Vision Master Pro 450 - flatscreen 19". Could this be a result of the phone? (Nokia 8260) Will it fix itself over time? I'm afraid I've ruined my nice monitor.

My girlfriend's monitor does it but mine does not. I do not think you've ruined it, it's just interference. Over time it /may/ cause problems, but I doubt it.

I am using a cell for a 1-800 number for business, and I can tell the phone is going to ring about 2 seconds before it does, by watching the monitor:Q

My speakers do that too, it's quite annoying. It's more pronounced with the Nokia than with my older Motorola.
