LOL, I've never heard of a cellphone plan with the concept of 'incoming minutes' and I've had cellphones in 4 different countries. Sounds like you guys are getting ripped off in the states.
I've never had a land line in my life, I got a cell phone when I moved out of my parents house half a decade ago. I'm sick of it now, I'm dropping my cell phone and going with a VOIP phone. The cell phone companies keep changing the rules and I'm just not playing the game any more.
