Even more people are dying because the head of FEMA didn't know people were starving to death until Thursday.

Countless more have drowned because FEMA turned away help from hundreds of citizens who brought their own boats in to search for survivors.

The incompetence in handling this disaster is EPIC. We are talking about thousands dying in the streets of a major US city because the Dept. Of Homeland Security and FEMA couldn't handle a disaster they saw coming a WEEK ahead of time.

Imagine how they will handle a terrorist strike in a major US city.
