Celeron II 667 vs P3 500?

Which processor would be better for a web/mySQL/DNS server, a Celeron II 667 w/ 128 K cache or a Pentium III 500 w/ 512 K cache? I am thinking that it is the P3, but what do you guys think?
 
Definatly the P3, Databases require alot from the processor and memory. The celeron with a 66 mhz bus isn't fast enough.

I think i will go with the P3.
How does a P3 match up against a Celeron 667@1000 w/ a 100 FSB? Does the cache make a big difference.
