Celeron D OC to 3.6 GHZ - how far should I go???

I have been having some fun over clocking my Celeron D 330 (2.66 GHZ). I am currently running 100% stable at:

20 X 167 = 3.34 GHZ
MEM 4:5 ratio = 207.5 MHZ
ASUS P4P800SE MB
Nominal voltage
Stock cooling

I upped the voltage 1 notch last night and was able to boot and run 3D Mark at 3.6 GHZ/ 180 FSB/MEM 1:1 @ 180 MHZ. I started running Prime 95 to check the full burn heat output of my Celeron D and I noticed something strange. Normally My CPU utilization is 100 % during Prime 95 and my processor heats up to 49 Celsius. During this run my CPU utilization was up and down, never reaching 100%. I stopped the Prime 95 run and returned the CPU to 3.34 GHZ and nominal voltage. What do you think is happening with Prime 95? Was the processor throttling? Heat was only 50 Celsius.
