celeron D and memory speed

I'm so confussed... so celeron D's have a 533fsb, so then shouldn't they be running with pc2100 (266). B/c in all the tests and such they are run with pc3200 (400). Shouldn't it not make a difference especially if not overclocking. Please help, I about to offer celeron d's for building comps, and this is 1 thing i need to know.

PC2100 will be fine.
