Celeron D 775 / P4 775 heatsink

Is there any difference in the heatsink design and/or the heatsink retension mechanism between the Celeron D 775 and the P4 775?

I ask, because a company we deal with at work is saying the Celerons will not fit Intel BTX boards due to the way the heatsink fits. I'm sceptical to say the least.

BTX heatsinks don't mount the same way as ATX heatinks. I don't think they make celeron-d's that come with a BTX form factor heatsink, so yeah, it wouldn't work. P4's come in both BTX and ATX variaties. An ATX heatsink won't mount on a BTX board and vice versa. There may be adaptors that will work, not entirely sure about that though.
