This is a 65nm Cedar Mill...

512k L2 cache..

I'd say as soon as these are released.. this series could be the bang for buck that will be selling like crazy..
from the looks of the chip though.. it appears to be an "ES" chip..

Thats really sad for intel. I do belive it is not just shrink but they also fixed some of the threamal problems with presscott. Im betting it is simmular to ATI r520 bug.
