Celeron and Radeon 8500

i have a new radeon 8500 and it running in a celeron 633......(i know, i know, im waiting for my XP 1800+) anyway my question is that no matter what settings i change on the card or in Unreal Tournament the max FPS i can get is about 20. I assume that this is a limitation of my celeron 633, but mabey its because im not sure what all the options on the card do. Which brings me to my second question, I bought the retail card but it didnt come with a manual, how do i find out what all the options do.

Not sure about the Celeron... but check out Rage3D for some good tips on the settings for the Radeon cards.
