Celeron 800, what's a safe temp range at full load???

i've got a Celeron 800 running at 1066Mhz on my second pc. i modified the standard heatsink and fitted a 60mm sunon fan to it. the temps i'm getting are a little high, but is it safe to run them at these temps? and what would be the maximum that i should run it at?

my case temps are constantly 23c
cpu at idle 33-34c
cpu at full load when running 3d games 45-48c

those temps are fine... with intels you only need to worry when you start going above 50c.

I thought the CPUs are supposed to be able to handle load of up to 80 degrees?
