"The new Celeron uses 1.7v and the stepping is CC0. Celeron 733 (66x11), Celeron 766 (66x11.5).
The changes made for CC0 are as follows : For the Celeron processor, Intel will reduce the number of capacitors from 12 to 5. This change affects all cC0-step boxed Celeron processors at frequencies up to and including 700 MHz. For a short period time, Intel will ship a limited number of boxed Celeron processors manufactured with 14 capacitors. These are in addition to Celeron processors manufactured with either the 5 or 12-capacitor package. This change does not affect boxed Celeron processors in the PPGA package."
