celeron 600 and blue screen in windows

I just got a celeron 600 and replaced my 366@550 with it. At 600 (1.5V) when it boots to windows I get a blue screen and then hit a button and it comes back to windows, this also happens when I run winamp and other programs but not all the time. The chip overcloks to 900 but it does the same thing with the blue screens. I have a BH6 board with the SS bios and windows 98SE. I am using the MSI9605 converter board. This did not happen with my 366 chip which also ran on the MSI converter, is this chip defective? Any help would be appreciated. I would hate to put the 366 back in there.
