Celeron 352 any good?

They don't.

If you want to compare a Celeron to an Athlon you need to be comparing with a Athlon XP not a Athlon 64.

It's a 3.2Ghz Socket 775/T FSB533, w/512k Cache Single-core and EMT64.

I just worked on an Emachine that had one of these on a PCIe ATI chipset bargain board.

For all practical purposes, it runs about equal to a decent Sempron 64 or Athlon XP.

Any Athlon 64 is faster in pretty much everything.

Maybe comparable to an athlon 64 2800+

Itll be worse in gaming though but you wont notice the difference in much else.
