celeron 2.0 vs Centrino 1.5 (notebook)

We have a HP Ze4900 w/ Centrino 1.5 which is dead. ( motherboard is dead)
We Also have a Toshiba S1551 with Celeron 2.0 Ghz, ( HD is dead )
Good things both notebook using DDR and IDE HD.

Now I like to donate this notebook to Tzu chi Foundation, but I do not know which processor is faster?

I figure, I can use HP's HD to make this Toshiba to work.
But should I swap the CPU?

centrino should be better, celeron 2.0 is based on Pentium 4 most probably.
