Celeron 2.0 GHZ in 400sc from about a year ago

I have in my cart the 3.0ghz with ecs motherboard at outpost.

I have absolutely no need for the motherboard, so should I just buy a 2.8 for around 160 bucks from one of the pricewatch links. I always compare at reselleratings despite pricewatch's new rating system.

I'll consider it, but I may just make my HTPC finally. My Ti4200 will be coming out of my 400SC I think into the celeron box, and time for an upgrade on my 400SC to...... I'm not sure ATI or Nvidia yet.
