Meet a fairly Unique HTPC:

Intel Celeron 1037U 1.80GHz Ivy Bridge | ECS NM70-I Micro ITX | Asus 7750 1GB DDR5

It plays MadVR on highest settings just fine @ 1080p. For HTPC use (and really daily use aka browsing, media, email, music, etc) this is a great deal.

and it will allow some occasional gaming on my TV!

I recently sold my Gaming PC because, well, I just didn't use it much and could use the money elsewhere. But I do still have my games, so...

Going to run some benchmarks for fun!

Not much time tonight, but here is the first one! Requests accepted

thumbs-up!

How about some popular Blizzard stuff like WoW, SC2 and Diablo3?
I'll bet Bethesda's Fallout and Skyrim (default) would run just fine! :)

Unfortunately, these are not my style of games. (I only own Skyrim)

I can test that.

I am going to run the following benchmarks to start at what I consider to be very playable settings with a 360 controller from your couch. I am using a 50" Plasma with a screen resolution of 1360x768 on this HTPC. The TV is 6-7 years old now, but it still has a great picture. It was a $3000 TV new.

Batman: Arkham City
Just Cause 2
GTA 4
Dirt 3
Street Fighter IV

Does that CPU have turbo? 1.8 ghz dual core I think will hold you back in online play with a lot of units. Will be interesting to see. I definitely would be interested in sky rim.

The unique thing about this processor is its an embedded CPU

the Motherboard/CPU/Heatsink combined for $80 is a pretty good value.

Only thing I've really noticed so far for my use (outside gaming) from my previous PC is unraring files

That's a pretty cool setup. The CPU would hold you back on some games, but on single-player games (DX9), I bet they would all run great.

In Skyrim, I am GPU limited even at 1.2 GHz on my CPU for my laptop.
