Celermine CPU life at 1.9V,1.95V

How hard is it on the Celermine to run at 1.9 or 1.95 volts all the time? Is this going to sifnifigantly shorten the lifespan of the CPU? Has anyone lost a Celeron due to too much voltage? My cooling is fine, the CPU never goes above 43 degrees celcius, so heat shouldn't be an issue, but can it fry slowly over time when fed that much voltage? I ask because my 566 needs 1.8 to do 850, and needs 1.9 to do 884, so I'm wondering if it's worth the long-term risk of leaving it at 1.9 for the extra 34 MHz and 4 Mhz memory gain.

1.9 volts seems a little excessive to me.....the default voltage is only 1.50 volts....an increase of .4 volts is quite high. It should be OK though as it is still within the spec'd limit for Coppermine processors. Don't go any higher though.

I am personally very reluctant to run higher than 1.80 or 1.85 volts.

Actually Intel rates them up to 2.1v, so it isn't that extreme. Also I just got a 600 celeron for somebody else and it was one of the new Cco steppings, and the default voltage is 1.7 volts.....
