Have a mobo with no voltage adjustments, Is it possible to cut or paint some pins to adjust the voltage?

Yes, go check out the archives at hardocp. There is an article there on this. Tough it only bumps the default up .10volt or so. I used the rear window defogger trick to do this and it works like a champ and is so easy.

Here ya go

I did this trick before on my BX133-RAID. I used a small wire I got from a flashlight. Good luck!

Opps, rear window defogger repair kit trick. Conductive paint used to repair the broken lines on a rear window defogger. Same thing you would use to un-lock a T-bird/Duron. I've used it many times on Celeron II's and it takes less than two minutes, and by the time you re-assemble everything, it's dried enough to use.
