Upgrading comp with a cel 400.
Got a cel 733, flashed BIOS to latest version QR.
Put in cel 733. Nada, nothing, no POST. Lights come on, fans spin, nothing comes up.
Put in cel 400, everything works fine.
Is there something I need to do in the BIOS?
