Cel 566 or P3-700 OC on Soyo 7VCA?

I'm thinking about getting Soyo 7VCA.
Has anybody tried to overclock Cel 566 or P3 700 on this thing?

It's supposed to be a good board, but it's limited by a 10% change in voltage.
Get the P3-700 if you do. Most likely won't have a big change in voltage. 1.65 default?
The Cel 566...1.5v default, usually 1.7 or 1.8 to get to 850.

Or, you can get the slot 1 equivalent, 6VCA.
You can then change the voltage through the slocket.
I think it'll override the bios setting.
