At 850 my brother's Cel will boot into Windows and play about 2 seconds of HalfLife (using software based video acceleration instead of DirectX) then it locks. We have bumped the voltage to 1.75, which is as high as the Abit 815E chipset will let us go. Will additional cooling help? Maybe it will over clock better in my Asus P3B-F. My mobo does up to 1.95V. Should I just trade him for my 667 that refuses to hit 1Ghz at any voltage? Thanks for any help.

I wouldn't push more than 1.8v on the c2. Mine runs rock solid at 900 with only 1.6v.
What kinda slocket are you using ?

if you want to get voltage higher than 1.75v from your 815e mobo

you got to connect the VID0, VID1 and VID2 pins of your celeron processor

goto hardocp for more details
