CDW SUCKS!

I had a good rep with Microwarehouse, but when they merged with (were bought by) CDW, the service went down hill (different rep). I get much better prices with my Insight rep. In the end, its all about the rep, if you have a good one then your service will be good no matter what!

They are a good store if you don't expect any support and don't buy really complex stuff like phone systems.

They would love to get on my tier 1 vendor list (we have around 65,000 users), but every time I give them a chance to show what they can do, the sales rep manages to fvck it up.

Too bad for them.
