I've had a 512/128Kbit ADSL account for months now and only recently had a long outage (3 days). After badgering them for those few days, they finally got my connection back. The only difference is that now when I logon to IRC, it shows my dns as a CDSL connection rather than the ADSL before. I have noticed a good increase in upload speed from around 7.5kb/s before to around 11kb/s now.
I looked it up on the internet and all I could find is that it is a proprietary standard by Rockwell.
