CDRWin working in Win2K?

I'm having trouble getting CDRWin 4.0A Beta to work under Win2K. I know it's something to do with my ASPI drivers, but it seems that no matter what drivers I install, CDRWin still can't find any recording devices. Currently, I'm using Adaptec's drivers, version 1.60, I believe. Anyone know how to fix this?
 
did you install the aspi drivers for CDRWIN when it prompts you for it upon install ?
that did the trick for me under XP try doing that see if it helps
