CDRWin and WindowsXP Pro

does CDRWin work in WindowsXP Pro? I've tried CDRWin versions 3.8D, 3.8F, and 4.0A without any success in WindowsXP Pro. all versions install correctly, but none recognized either of my burners (Plextor 1210 IDE and AOpen 2440 IDE). I've tried 3 separate ASPI layers too, all to no avail.

When I had XP going for a cpl of months I had no problem with 3.8 I had the forceaspi layer with an LG so go figure.

I've had CDRWIN 4.0a running on WinXP with several different burners without problems. I don't think that the Aopen 2440 is supported but most all Plextors are.
