Cdrwin and 9350 HP burner error

hello i just downloaded version 4.0a beta of cdrwin
im currently using an hp9350 burner

i loaded up a cue sheet and pressed start recording
it gave me an error "START DAO RECORDING" command failed on device 0:0:0
unable to set recording speed
i tried to do the same on version 3.8b and it gave me a different error "START DAO RECORDING" command failed on device 0:0:0
Cuesheet was rejected by the cdrom recorder


please help
im using win2k pro

if cdrwin isnt registered then you can only burn at 1x speed.

check to make sure the cds you're trying to burn with support the speed you want to burn at.

yea they are 16x imations

ive tried clonecd and nero and eazy cd creator
all work perfect
