CDRW and Win2k Server

I just ordered a Cendyne 8x8x32 Internal CD-RW Drive from officemax, and out of curiosity I went to their website
LINK, and under OS requirements, Win2k Server is
not supported. How is this so? Or do they not know what they are talking about?!?!!?

I just paid $50 for it, and it includes free delivery!!!!

most companies will never list server, figuring that people running server are not buying consumer level products. Truth is, though, that your computer's OS will support any cd burner you buy, the key is to have burning software that supports it. I suggest using NERO, and it most likely supports your burner. you can go to their website and see if it's listed for yourself.

remember, the key is that your software supports the burner, NOT that your OS does. (also, if by chance, they listed win2k as being supported, then win2k server is almost identical)
