in today's ad bundled with the sunday paper
says "STI 200-Pack Spindle CD_R for PC CDR200"
$59.99 - $45 Mfr. Mail-in Rebate - $5 Circuit City Mail-in Rebate = $9.99

seems like a lot of cdrs for $9.99
doesnt say but are probably 650mb

Ok, here it is:

<< Here is the scoop from CDR ID:

ATIP: 97m 27s 28f
Disc Manufacturer: Princo Co.
Reflective layer: Dye (Short strategy; e.g. Phthalocyanine)
Media type: CD-Recordable
Recording Speeds: min. unknown - max. unknown
nominal Capacity: 702.83MB (79m 59s 74f / LBA: 359849)

The cool part is that the discs are blank! No labels/writing on them. I haven't used Princo before so

Picked up some the other week. Not sure when I will get the rebate but the Cd's are burning fine. Sure beat the PNY crap I have that are hit and miss...

Still I prefer the Fuji but free after rebate I try almost anything..

Careful. If these are the very reflective silver tops, then they flake off easily!

I bought STI cd-r from CC a few weeks ago when free with rebates.
I have burned a few since and all worked fine without any problems. For rebates I have sent them to Young America. They are 650mb.

Princo's run of the mill generic. Good burners these days will burn with any media you feed it, so not too big of a deal.
Just hesitant about the $45 manufacturer's rebate. I haven't had good luck with rebates with these kind of companies (Newcom, HiVal, Prime Peripherals...you get the idea).
