CDPD-enabled ISP Recommendations?

Just curious if anyone uses wireless CDPD NICs such as the Sierra Wireless Aircarde 300 can recommend an ISP? Preferably something economical and with unlimited access. GoAmerica's unlimited "local" plan is too vague with the definition of "local."
