KT7-RAID Motherboard
HP 8200 cd writer
Sometimes my system hangs and when I put the PC on afterwards the bios does not detect the cd writer, when I push the IDE cable in it works. I've tried another IDE cable and even tried it as a slave and master. I have a DVD drive (which is currently disconnected as I'm testing the cd writer) which gives no problems with the same cable.
