Cd Writer Burning Mode

I just got my new burner but i am confused as to which burning/write mode i should choose. My burner supports DAO, SAO, and TAO. Specifically, which mode should i use to burn bin/cue files, make clone's of cd's, and audio cd's? Thanks.

Disc At Once: Use this to burn data (CD is burnt without turning off laser)
Track At Once: Use this to burn audio (leaves 2 secs between tracks)
Session At Once: You will generally only use this for backing up data. It allows you to write data to the CD in sessions.
