Keys are not tied to individual CDs in any way.

Do note that keys are tied to specific versions of the OS. So a Pro key won't work with a Home disc, a Full Version key won't work with an Upgrade disc, etc.
 
and if you could just save me the need to start another thread, will i need to install different drivers then the xp pro, if i buy mce2005. is mce2005 as stable and reliable as pro
