As my new car comes sans CD player (and I haven't the cash to buy one at the moment
), I'm currently copying of some of my favourite CDs to audio tape. While I'm at it I think I might make some compilation tapes of my favourite tracks as well.
What I'm looking for is a piece of software that will make my life easier when working out the optimal placing of tracks in order to get the most onto a 90min tape. I have found reference to such a utility on the net... called cdtraq. It's listed on CNET amongst others. However... I'm getting 404's on all the links I've found.
I just wondered if:
a) anyone happens to have a copy they can send my way (it's freeware)
or
b) anyone knows of a similar or better alternative?
Many thanks people.
