CD surface with smudges caused by plastic and hot sun, can it be helped?

i have this plastic CD case. when i put the CD in, there is a piece that im suppose to lift over the CD (hopefully this is understandable). i always just put the CD in and didn't lift that piece. i placed the CD case in my car and after a period of Texas hot sun, the CD surface now has white smudges and CD players skip when those damaged CDs are played. I tried soap, dish washer, hot water but none of them works. is there help?
thank you.

I've seen products that take out scratches, I think one was called discwasher. might try somewhere like best buy, wally world, or do a google search for cd repair, scratch removal

you cooked them , you didn't scratch them

i don't think you can uncook plastic

do they still work? if not, you have several new frisbees
