I didn't even know this deal was going on. I stumbled upon it cause I was going to buy the thing at regular price for $19.99 at the Anaheim Fry's.
Turns out it the receipt showed $14.99 and the guy gave me a rebate form for $10 along with a copy of my receipt. So after the rebate it's $4.99 + tax.

It comes with the stomping thing and 50 blank cd labels I think.
 
Fry's advertises this deal maybe once a month.

I think in their after Xmas sale, it was $10 - $10.

Stomp Inc. pays the rebate directly, but it takes a while (I'd say 3 months).
