CD Rom used as a writer

Can any body tell me whether there is a software that can convert your normal CD rom
To write CD?s and if so what is the software and where is it available (best price)

That would not be possible. There is no software that can turn a read only cd-r to a burner. There are lots of physical differences between those type types of units.
