I did a reformat on my computer and now my d: drive has disappeared.

I have the A: and C: drives but no D:

Any suggestions?

if it's windows 95 or 98 I know exactly what to do.

open regedit (start, run, regedit)
do a search for "noide" without the " " when it finds this registry key either set it to 0 or simply delete the key.

The OS is Win98 and I checked out what your tip says.

I went under edit, find, and then searched for noide but nothing was found.

Did I do it wrong?
