how come my new Cd-Rom doesn't stay secured and tight when i slide it in???

BTW, i have the Antec Sx-1030 case
 
Did the screws it came with tighten it up? I mean are they the right ones? Did you put enough in to secure it? Depends on what brand CD you have too I've had them vibrate so much so loudly I had to send it back for replacement.
