CD-R/RW needs program for Win2000

My old Aadaptec CD creator 3.5 apparently will not work under Windows2000. Can anyone suggest an equlivent replacement that will work but does not cost the earth. Downloadable would be nice or someones superseeded CD. (xcaddict@hotmail.com)
