Cd load problems

I just installed a new Android stereo unit everything works great but the CD WONT LOAD and yes i removed the two screws ontop of deck but when i try to push a cd in its like really tight n cd gets scrached and as most decks are soon as u push a quarter way in the deck sucks it in but mine nothing and something restricting it n it super tight n cd scrached when i pull out PLEASE ANY IDEAS ON WHAT TO DO I CAINT SEE IN CAUSE ENTRANCE HAS A DUST FLAPS SO I CAN'T SEE ANY IDEAS MUCH APPRECIATED FRUSTRATED GUY

Sounds like the deck is broken, as the mechanism inside is clearly not functioning as intended. Return that bad boy.
