CD Image Mounting

I asked my friend to make my game so I didnt have to have the discs in, and it didnt work. He said whatever he did it turned the files into .cab files and that the CD Image mounting software doesnt recognize it. How do I do it?

You'll want .iso disk images for that. I don't have any specific recommendations for what programs to use in Windows. A lot of CD burner software packages can do so, and there are loads of utilities out there.
